Job Moderation Guidelines

Eiko Health is a curated job board designed specifically for doctors seeking non-traditional or flexible roles. Jobs will be reviewed for moderation and be approved/declined within 24hours of submission.

We review all listings to ensure alignment with our mission and audience.

We approve listings that are:

  • Clearly relevant to doctors (e.g. GPs, registrars, consultants, CMOs)
  • Offer flexibility, innovation, or non-traditional pathways (e.g. telehealth, advisory, startups, research, lifestyle, hybrid)
  • Written clearly and professionally

We may reject listings if they:

  • Lack clarity, detail, or professionalism
  • Do not target Australian-based doctors
  • Appear spammy, misleading, or misaligned with Eiko’s focus
  • E.g. A permanent/locum role in a traditional GP Clinic would not meet criteria.

When in doubt, we’re happy to review and provide feedback.
