As our Medical Educator, you’ll work closely with Training Coordinators and Program Support Officers to deliver contextually relevant education and support to registrars, supervisors, and practices across a defined region. Reporting to the Senior Medical Educator, you’ll collaborate with national and local teams to deliver high-quality, consistent GP training.

As our Medical Educator, you'll also:
- Provide registrar support including small group facilitation, case management, and pastoral care
- Deliver supervisor education, peer networking, and in-practice teaching support
- Promote general practice and rural pathways through community and education engagement
- Contribute to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health training and cultural safety education
Skills & Experience
- RACGP Fellowship (or equivalent)
- Current Australian specialist registration (General Practice)
- Strong interest in medical education
- Experience teaching or mentoring peers or registrars (highly desirable)
